This training session is designed to support proprietors and quality assurance managers to understand their allergen management responsibilities under the Food Act 1984 and FSANZ Food Standards Code.

Guest speakers include:

  • Jasmine Lacis-Lee, Food Safety Manager – Microbiology and Allergens BVAQ and board member of the Allergen Bureau
  • John Chadderton, Acting Manager Investigations and Compliance, Department of Health
