Knox City Council is currently seeking suitably a qualified consultant to prepare the Bayswater Renewal Strategy in accordance with the project specifications provided.

The current Bayswater Structure Plan was completed in 2005. A review and the preparation of a ‘renewal strategy’ is needed to articulate a refreshed long term vision for the area. Completion of the renewal strategy will enable the development of clear strategic directions for the Activity Centre whilst balancing environmental, social, and economic considerations to guide land use, built form, accessibility, public spaces, facilities, sustainability and community focused outcomes.

The project includes opportunities to consult with key internal and external stakeholders as well as the wider Knox community.

Tenderers must complete and submit a response to the Project Specification (separate document required) and the Tender Schedules.
