The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, ABN 21 973 226 012 (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Green Spine Stage 3B - Shared Footpath and Elevated Walkway.

This Tender is divided into two (2) separable portions:
• Part 1 – Corner Fletcher Road to East Ridge Drive, and
• Part 2 – East Ridge Drive to 272 Maroondah Hwy.

Tendrerers are required to Price both Parts 1 & 2.

Funding is available for Part 1. Funding for Part 2 is expected to be announced in September 2020.

Council’s preference is to engage One (1) contractor for both Parts 1 & 2 works. Part 1 works will commence following the award. Part 2 may commence at Council’s discretion and subject to funding approval. In the event the funding approval for Part 2 is delayed beyond the tender validity period, the successful contractor may have the provision to revise their tendered price if Council decides to progress Part 2 works.

Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING TIME or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
