Knox City Council (Council) is seeking tenders for the delivery of a multipurpose court area, path links and outdoor gym equipment at R.D Egan Lee Reserve, Knoxfield.

The work to be performed under the contract are as following:

- Earthworks and Excavation
- Subsurface drainage
- Remediation works
- Rockwork
- Pavements
- Edges
- Outdoor Gym Equipment with rubber soft fall
- Multipurpose court
- Drinking fountain, installation only
- Supply and install park furniture
- Garden bed cultivation, top soiling and pre-planting preparation.
- Supply and planting of trees, shrubs and ground covers.
- Supply and installation of mulch to garden bed area.
