Project Description

Yarra Ranges Council (ABN 21 973 226 012) and Maroondah City Council (ABN 98 6065 227 19) jointly referred to as the Participating Councils, invite tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for the provision of Internal Audit Services.
Yarra Ranges Council has been appointed by the Participating Councils to act as their agent for the purposes of conducting this tender.

Each Participating Council will be entering into an individual contract for the provision of the Services on its own behalf. Any one tenderer may be awarded a contract with one or both of the Participating Councils.

The initial Contract Term shall be for three (3) years with an option for each Council at its sole discretion to extend the contract for two (2) periods of three (3) years, to a maximum Contract Term of nine (9) years from the Commencement Date.
