Project Description
Tenders are invited from suitably experienced parties for the cleaning of Realm.
Realm consists of two buildings consisting of Realm West (3,500m²) and Realm East (4,000m²), Realm West consists of a Council Service Centre, library, curated ArtSpace, BizHub Co-working Space and business support services, Creative Content Studio, and hirable meeting spaces. Realm East consists of Maroondah City Council administration functions, Council Chamber, various meeting rooms and a rooftop garden.
Tenders must be lodged by 10:00am Friday 9 April 2021
