The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, ABN 21 973 226 012 (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Seville Oval Redevelopment – Turf Supply and Installation Oval 1 Seville Recreation Reserve (‘the Works’), (2 / 20 - 28 Monbulk-Seville Road Seville VIC 3139. Tenderers are advised that the contract commences as soon as possible following award and the project must be completed by no later than 13 December 2021. The Contractor must, manage or control the Workplace to the extent necessary to discharge the duties imposed on a principal contractor under the OH&S Regs etc. Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING TIME or as otherwise changed by addenda. Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
