1.1 The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Sheffield Road, Montrose – Upgrade (‘the Works’), (Melways Ref Map 66A1).
1.2 Quantities specified in the Schedule of Prices are estimates only. The Principal does not guarantee the correctness or accuracy of these quantities. Tenderers shall take out their own quantities at the time of tendering. These quantities will form part of the contract.
1.3 Tenderers are advised that the construction start date and date for Practical Completion is as soon as possible following tender award.
1.4 Council anticipates awarding this contract as soon as possible, however, if Council approval is required, this may occur either late January or February 2020.
1.5 Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING TIME or as otherwise changed by addenda.
Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
