The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, ABN 21 973 226 012 (‘the Client’) invites tenders from suitably qualified and experienced parties for RidgeWalk Interpretation and Wayfinding (‘the Services’). Tenderers may tender for: Stage 1. Interpretation/Wayfinding Plan and Style Guide Stage 2. Interpretation Design and Project Management Stage 3. Wayfinding Design and Project Management Or All Stages of the overall project. This is a lump sum contract with a schedule of rates, however, the applicants are required to develop a cost breakdown that demonstrates the professional fees and any associated costs. Tenderers are advised that the project must be completed by no later than 31 March 2022 unless otherwise agreed with the Client. Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING DATE or as otherwise changed by addenda. Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
