The Yarra Ranges Shire Council, (‘the Principal’) invites tenders from suitably experienced parties for the Construction of Monbulk Skate and Scooter Park (‘the Works’) Tenderers are advised that the construction start date is as soon as possible following tender award and by 1st July 2021. The project must reach Practical Completion by 30th November 2021. This is a government funded project and milestones need to be achieved accordingly. Please refer to Principal amendments to AS 4000-1997 Clause 47 (in this tender document) – the Principal authorises the Contractor to, and the Contractor must, manage or control the Workplace to the extent necessary to discharge the duties imposed on a principal contractor under the OH&S Regs etc. Tender submissions must be received by the TENDER CLOSING TIME or as otherwise changed by addenda. Tender submissions received late or by any other means than via the e-tendering portal will not be accepted unless agreed to in writing (via email or letter) by Council’s Procurement Services prior to the tender closing time as per the Conditions of Tender document enclosed.
